Saphir has been at VanDam Shipyard from Dec 2009 to April 2010 for the following modifications and a large service: Cockpit reconfiguration inclusive

new firm windscreen, two front windows to open, all Gebo windows
adapted spray hood and bimini using new, strong automotive material
new Furuno 12 " GPS and radar plotter at improved location
modified and modernised switch board
new painted wooden placement areas next to entrance
new painting of complete superstructure

new manual toilette front
install electrical towel heater
Full service of complete steering system
Full service of Main Engine
Full service of Genset
Install 2nd bilge alarm
Renew fillers in bilge
Replace Deckwash pump
Repair engine room flash

Replace all fuel hoses with stainless steel covers

Replace Oil cooler
Adjust wooden entrance
Update Navigation System with all new Furuno equipment NavNet 3 D on upper and lower deck
New smaller saloon table
Install 36 masts steps
New handrails stainless steel at windscreen

Refit New Zealand Ocean marine Whangarei Nov 2023-April 2024

Hull corrosion, fill and fair. Epoxy high build and prep for final prime.
New paint Royal Blue Awlcraft 2000 system

Service Lewmar 64 hydralic winches.
14 new Lewmar hydralic push bottons in cock pit
Full service main engine
Full service Onan diesel generator
Two new start batterier to generator (Mastervolt Gel 2x12vx85Ah)
Propeller and shaft bearings check and oil change
New waterpump aircon.

Refit at Orust Yacht Service winter 2025/2026

Removal of the teak deck and new Flexiteak, color "Weathered" (Grinding, blasting and new primer on deck International Hullguard)
New toe rail from Flexiteak replacing the old aluminium toe rail.
